The registration amount paid at the time of applying for a Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana plot is fully refundable if your application is not successful in the allotment process, in line with the scheme's policy.
Refunds for unsuccessful applications are typically processed to the original mode of payment within the timeline specified in the scheme's official documentation. Contact our team with your application reference number to track a refund.
Once a plot is allotted and subsequent payment milestones (10% on allotment, construction-linked instalments, etc.) are made, refund and cancellation terms follow the builder-buyer agreement and applicable HRERA regulations. Please refer to your signed agreement for exact terms.
